Shipping policy

 At The Turtle Tribe, orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation email. 

We offer flat shipping rates which are applied at the checkout.

Deliveries are made from 8:30am on Monday-Friday. 

We ship with Australia Post and other local courier services. To keep costs down we do not offer tracking on every parcel. At our discretion we may apply tracking to your parcel and/or require a signature upon delivery as proof of receipt.

Please note due to the bulky and heavy nature of these products, there is no free shipping for Cleaner Oceans Co. products. Free shipping still applies to Turtle Tribe and Clean&Pure products for all orders over $69, but shipping will be charged at at flat rate of $6.95 for your whole order if you cart contains any Cleaner Oceans Co. products.
