Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

During busy periods such as sales, holidays or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

All orders are shipped from Australia.

We offer flat-rate shipping, which is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with final delivery in the United States completed by USPS (United States Postal Service) or another local delivery partner where applicable.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times to the United States are:

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather events, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

Tracking

All orders shipped to the United States include tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey from Australia to your delivery address.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery

Once your order has arrived in the United States, delivery will be completed by USPS or another local delivery partner.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
